Hi everyone. My friends and I have started up some competitive battling of teams consisting of 3 Pokemon (no Uber legendaries allowed). I was wondering if I could get some help with building up a team. Some Pokemon that come to mind are:

#1 – Metagross (Physical Sweeper)
Nature: Adamant
EV: 152 HP/ 252 Atk/ 104 Spd
Item: Leftovers
Moves:
(1) Meteor Mash
(2) Earthquake
(3) Unsure (?)
(4) Unsure (?)

#2 – Blissey (Special Wall)
Nature: Bold
EV: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp. Def
Item: Unsure (?)
Moves:
(1) Softboiled
(2) Unsure (?)
(3) Unsure (?)
(4) Unsure (?)

#3 Unsure (?) – (perhaps an annoyer?)

I am very familiar with the game mechanics although I have close to zero experience when it comes to competitive battling. I was wondering if people could give me some advice on what Pokemon to use and what moves to have so that I can get a balanced team. (Note: I don’t have access to a lot of the legendaries e.g. Articuno, Suicune, Deoxy. Pretty much only mainstream Pokemon for me, I do have Feebas though, lol). Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Heh, bored out of my mind and started playing Pokemon again... heh.

Heres my pick of 3:

Tyranitar (Rock/Dark >>> Psychic).
- Immume to Psychic attacks, aswell as doing extra with Crunch (Dark).

Charizard (Fire).
- He's been the omguberleetpwnedzorz dude from day one, need I say more?

Either that Blue Water pokemon you get by using a water stone on Eevee, or the flying psychic one you get at the end of Silver/Gold (was gonna write Factions here for some reason... lol too much GW goes to your head).

VAPOREON! something like that.
- Compatible with the uber leet Recovery (requires a TM).
- Nice attacks and stats, just useful in general.

Alternatively, if you have him. that flying psychic one from the end of Silver/Gold (Lugia?).
- Also gets Recovery.
- Learns a skill at LvL 99. Not a good reason but its funny how it takes so long to get but sucks.
- Quite reliable, saved my butt through many battles.

EDIT: REMEMBER, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE, TURN OFF YOUR GAMEBOY. MAKES PEOPLE ANGRY BUT DOESN'T PUT LOSE MARKS ON YOUR RECORD. UNRECOMMENDED FOR DAILY USE.

That team should be Perfect
